You have the power to transform your life and the lives of future generations.

Most people cannot achieve this on their own. I am consistently inspired by my clients’ courage, brave efforts, and remarkable growth.

I have been married for more than twenty years and am the mother of a wonderful son and a cherished school-age adopted daughter. I understand that I didn’t achieve 20 years of marriage by chance or luck.

My spouse and I reached this milestone in part because of tenacity, trial and error, and, most of all, a willingness to “do the work.”

As a result, we both feel our relationship is stronger and more fulfilling. We are fortunate to live in a time when actual research (a road map) is available to guide couples in developing secure, healthy bonds.
